The title of this piece tells it from the start: It has three parts. Every part is based on the same theme which is already there in the solemn opening. The first part of this composition is a quick and enjoyable piece with attention for every section of the band. The second part is romantic en melodious. The last part, with a fugal middle section, is again quick and has a nice swing to it. A pleasant sounding and perfectly playable concert piece!
